Project Management

Refits and repairs. You name the project. We execute it.

What we manage

Refits, repairs and upgrades, managed by the people who run and maintain yachts of this size.

  • Refits

From a light refresh to a full rebuild: paintwork, interiors, machinery and systems.

  • Repairs

Planned and unplanned work, including repairs after damage or a claim.

  • Yard periods

Annual maintenance and routine yard work, planned around the yacht’s season.

  • Upgrades

New equipment and alterations, such as stabilisers, generators or a beach club.

How we run a project

We act solely for you, the owner, from the first specification to the final sea trial. Regular reports keep you informed of progress, cost and schedule.

  1. Specification

We agree the scope and budget with you and the captain, and write the specification that yards quote against.

  2. Yard and contract

We obtain and compare quotes, recommend a yard, and negotiate the contract on your behalf.

  3. On site

We represent you at the yard, checking progress, quality and every invoice. Changes to the work are made only with your agreement.

  4. Completion

Sea trials, the list of outstanding items, and warranty claims, until the yacht is handed back as specified.

Tell us about the project

Name the yacht, the shipyard, the work, and when you want to start. We look the yacht up on the register. This is not a quote.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry. See our privacy notice.
